If you are talking about the email some are getting about updating settings then legit or not (that's not exactly clear) the secure mail key is recommended and only applies to email client apps, not the webmail. It's currently optional but that doesn't mean it won't be required in the future for email clients.This does not impact your AT&T Mail accounts (including @att.net, @sbcglobal.net, @bellsouth.net, etc.). You can continue to use them as you always have and will always be able to access your AT&T email from att.net.
